Panama City Information
Hello all. It has been a while since I posted on here. I have spent the last four days reading posts on Panama City and the surrounding areas. It seems as though not all the questions have been answered. I was just given a job offer in Panama City and was wondering if my salary of around 75K will be enough for a pool home within 10-15 minutes of the beach? I am married and my wife will make around another 25K. What are the insurance costs? I have read a little about the struggles to get insurance and the property taxes. What are the true costs? Any examples would be helpful. I am seriouslylooking forward to not shoveling snow like I did yesterday.

Since I was reading all the posts I was wondering if you have made your move yet? We are also considering a move to Panama City. I noticed you are from PA ...we are from the shore, so I would be very interested in your opinion of the area considering you may be able to relate to things I will understand.
