You can find the Turnpike's Web site at www.florida'sturnpike.com (broken link). The site has a toll calculator.

Assuming I used the calculator correctly (no small feat for me!), the toll for the length of the Turnpike from I-75 to Homestead is $21.20 if you don't have SunPass; $16.65 if you do.

doom1001 is on a distinguished road
Definitely $20 or more, between the Canoe Creek toll, south of Kissimmee and a toll just south of West Palm they give you a ticket with different amounts depending on where you get off and to go the whole way between these two tolls is at least around $16.North of Canoe Creek there's other tolls you pay separately as well as south of the Palm Beach county toll.I know south of that toll in palm Beach you'll see at least 5 $1 tolls(.75 for Sunpass). So I would say the whole way would be at least like $20,maybe a few buck more.

We drove from the very beginning of the turnpike in Wildwood to the very end on our way to the keys as well back in 2002 and I remember it was just over $30.
