i am not a realtor either. I think florida looks great and it is a very real life for me. if i knew how to post pictures i'd show one of me kayaking with dolphins and manatee. that is real. i sit out back at night in my yard and listen to owls. that is also real. i go to disney on occassion and the experience is real.
in fact, i have a pretty full and real life here in florida.
