Shores9, I agree with nomoresnow... Your pictures are so GOOD - of every subject... I think I have some good photos, but yours are really GREAT - and I totally look forward to every picture you post.
I finally realized that I hadn't taken scenery pictures for the past 3 years (out of the 10 we've been living here) except for "family" photos - lots of those. But when I saw your outstanding photos (and the photos posted by others), I "fell in love" with the beauty of Florida all over again. It isn't that we haven't
seen beautiful or fascinating sites and scenery, but we just didn't take the pictures to prove it.
We both work, demanding jobs, and have two years to go till we can retire - but the "saving grace" for our working so hard is the occasional weekend where we can go and enjoy all the places that our visitors and tourists do. Those are the days we "savor" and consider "food" for our soul.
When we do retire, it will be in Florida - and I actually found citi-data because of our wanting to retire here - and wanting to learn more about the different areas of Florida. Like everywhere else, there are good areas and bad areas and everything in between. (And by good and bad, I do mean things like crime, congestion, cost of living, shopping, etc. etc.)
Meanwhile, I bought a new mini digital camera

and a new purse to put it in

so I can take the camera with us everywhere we go... and I
can start taking pictures again!!!
