You need to define what you mean by nuisance.

a gun in a home is dangerous no matter where you put it and no one should own a gun unless your a cop, military, feds.i believe hunting areas should be renting guns and not allowing hunters to own guns as well.you don't know how you are going to react when conflict or violence comes your way.you are better off walking away and ignoring immature and violent individuals.i can understand walking into a break in in your house but again you might end up overreacting and ruin your entire life and it's not worth it.i can do without a gun even though there might be that one time where you need it but i will pass.

I guess you would be in favor of a law banning all guns then?

I would be awfully careful about giving such advice out. The unlicensed practice of law is a felony in Florida.

i don't think an across the board ban is ever going to happen.but if it was possible,i'm all for it there is just to much violence in this world right now.even those stupid xbox, playstation games are all about violence our children are being exposed to this garbage at too young of an age.they should be banned and the parents buying mature games for 10 yr olds should be locked up for 30 days every time they do so.it's just everywhere and there is not much you can do but watch your kids and yourself and hope for the best.

Hardly giving out legal advice. And the law is clear on having a gun in a car without a CCW.
