Good school district, low crime, we'd love to have a little land (which seems impossible in all of the areas I've looked at), access to good hospitals, access to shopping, 30 minutes or so to a nice beach, 2,000 sq ft home for $350K or less.

I didn't provide details, as I was asking about someone who might be a relocation expert on the state of Florida. I've worked with relocation professionals before and was hoping to find a POC, but that was a super helpful comment, I wish I would have thought about doing that, myself. Problem solved! :-)

It's too cold in the winter and it's not close enough to the beach.

Way too far north for our liking, but thank you.

Check out New Smyrna Beach (Where I will be moving) or Port Orange.

I am not a relocation expert. But for some of your criteria: 30 minutes to beach (Lowdermilk), large lots and house for $350K, the Golden Gate area in Naples fits. The area of large lots along Golden Gate Blvd. is what I'm looking at.

If it looks interesting you could check out the Naples Forum. There are local experts there.

Good Luck!
