I have a little update! I received my copy of the Marion Oaks Master Plans. It seems that the commercial zone is not as close to me as I thought. And to this day, no applications have been filed by the CVS company. Also theres an area between the greenbelt & commercial zone that has been designated for an overpass. There are a few ideas by the company for that area that are up in the air. Including moving the commercial zone farther back & clearing the trees beyond the greenbelt just to make the area look better. Which I think it will happen because they did place ribbons on a line of trees back there. If that's the case, I will have to ask for a wall. It's bad enough that I can see my house from the road & the noise of the cars is not so great as it is. I wish that I could include a pic of the plans here. But I dont have a link for it. I suppose I will have to keep my eyes & ears opened. Good day & GB*
