Default Deerfield Beach FL, what can you tell me about this area?
Is it a nice vacation spot for people, is it close to FT Lauiderdale beach and is there pubic access beach in Deerfield Beach?

The beach is public access, one of the nicest in South Florida, and it's a nice vacation spot. They have done a lot of fixing up to the coastal area and now it's very nice and also family oriented compared to other beach spots in Broward or Dade County. It's around 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale beach and borders on Boca Raton. Try not to stop for gas between Dixie Highway and 95 at night, but the rest of the city is safe, if a bit worn in a few areas.

The beach is beautiful. Parts of Deerfield are REALLY REALLY bad. Parts of it are quite nice. If you stay near the water you will be fine.

thanks what parts of deerfield beach area are really bad and unsafe? I dont plan on running around at night just during the day

As previously stated, the bad area is in between I-95 and Dixie Hwy and during the daytime hours, it wont be THAT bad assuming you don't stray off the major streets. You also probably don't want to go to Pompano Beach at all. Even the safe parts have nothing worth seeing.
