When changing over from NJ to Fl for Car registration and licenses, do we need to bring all 4 cars to DMV to register them all? Yes we will have Florida Car Insurance at the time....

2 of the cars are brand new and on leases?

Thank You

Since the DMV person walks out to the parking lot with you and actually looks at the VIN number, I would say, yes, you'll need to bring each car to the DMV.

I had a sheriff's deputy come to the house to verify all my vehicles at once. Had all the forms ready for them when they came.

Why would the Sheriff come to your house?

To verify the vin numbers on my vehicles so I didn't have to take them all to the DMV (tax office).

Why would getting VIN verified be difficult? Owning four vehicles does have drawbacks. Not sure what you expect from the State. Perhaps your expectations are too high? These are just everyday responsibilities of being a citizen. Get 'er done.

Well coming from NJ you don't have to bring Every car to DMV to register it. I bring my 6 points of ID the title to the car and I get plates and registration here and I am not expecting anything from the state I was asking a question I have 4 people in my house equals 4 cars...2 of us are staying back in NJ so my daughter can graduate and the other 2 will be living in Florida!!

and I don't remember when we registered our cars in Florida the 1st time, if we had to have 2 of them at the time there...
