You can swing it in a tiny 1 room efficiently .. at least it has a fridge.. over budget though.

I think the OP mentioned there were 3 members of her family. This place is quoted to be for a maximum of 2 people.

Geez, I hope she can persuade her SO they are better off where they are now.

Yikes 900+ for a one room wonder? Rent the same thing in Tampa area for 650 a month. Glad i paid cash for my house and don't gotta deal with paying rent gents.

That's a very valid point. Many of the responses aren't accounting for the fact that there are three people (if one is a child which adds a whole new dynamic - quality of neighborhood and especially the schools becomes much more important). Three people aren't going to be living in a one-bedroom efficiency unit.
