hello all!!

I was looking at a home 3300 sqf, 1/4 acer, pool, in Lake Charleston where the asking price is 375.000. The 2007 property appraisal was 335, in 2006 the appraisal was 364.

The own purchased the home for 275,000 in 2001, after the walk through it needs some repairs, nothing major.

I spoke with a property apprasier and his guess was 275-295, unseen just a estimate.

With the market the way that it is, does 275-280 seem like a decent bid? I was looking for real-estate forecasts for 2008, but havent come across any.

Thanks
