Default Nicest Areas of Hillsborough County??
Hi,

Where would you consider to be the 5 or 6 nicest areas in Hillsborough County? I don't mean the super-rich Bayshore area...just "everyday" nice parts of town, when you factor in safety, pleasant walking area....preferably with some nice little shops or cafes.

I'm researching opening a simple, nice family restaurant kinda place and a safe, decent area for it.
