Hi vincenzo, we are located in Nebraska. I was originally from the wellington area you asked about, it has changed so much since we left 14 years ago. My hubby and I looked around last year but we both agreed it (wellington) is too busy for us now. We plan on keeping property here in Nebraska so we can become "pesky snowbirds" ourselves. We do love life here in Nebraska, however I need to be closer to my family and aging mother, like you it's hard to determine just where to go.
