Default Melbourne info needed - fast!

Having to make a decision about a move TOMORROW! Can any Melbourne residents give me an idea of what your homeowner's ins and/or hurricane ins is costing? Thanks!

I live south of Melbourne in Veo Beach but whoever answers you will need more information.

Whether your new home in Melbourne will be located near the ocean vs. inland will be a big factor. The age of the home, is it built after the new hurricane codes went into effect, do you have hurricane shutters, are you in a flood zone... these are all determining factors. The sq. footage of your home, whether it's 1 or 2 stories, whether your roof is shingle or tile... again all factors.
