I don't understand why Deltona isn't on the list.

Amazing! Now I can consider moving to the most desirable area: Cooper City!
Bwahahaha! If I'm in Daytona Beach, is that considered to be an upgrade?

Daytona blows.....tacky, tourist town that attracts all the wrong types of tourists! From bike week derelicts to drunk college kids there is nothing good.

I much prefer brevard beaches (Cocoa Beach is the exception). Less touristy, more clean, no driving on the beach. Daytona is really trashy between tourists, nascar and bike week crowds.

That list is pretty spot on IMO, except for New Smyrna and Flagler. Port Fierce is terrible.

Palm Coast and Poinciana are places built for people who don't live in state. They aren't real Florida. Then everyone wants to know why they fail, when those people do come to move into them.

But Deltona is worse than Palm Coast. I think it should be on the list.

All three share a common thread. They're planned communities minus a commercial core largely which makes for a lack of job opportunities and lots of "bored juvenile" crime.

And those parents of those juveniles will say they moved to Florida to get away from crime.

Lol! So true!

In Central FL, I definitely see Deltona on that list. Ugh, place sucks! Also Kissimmee and Poinciana, Davenport. Cocoa, Cocoa Bch too. Daytona Bch.

Cocoa is rough. Cocoa beach, residential, is fine
