You have to be careful with such articles though. A similar article from the same magazine detailed best places TO buy, and listed Panama City Florida as their top spot. Meanwhile, I was doing work with a company that does distressed and foreclosed property sales and investment, and the Panama City market is completely bad.

I can only hope this is true so I can stay in the home I built ! Also if homes become affordable again some nice people who live in SF can stay!
