What a ripoff for the outdated Hwy.
Cheaper just to use the Megabus...

There would be a super market for a 20 seater bus with decent rest room and snack vending.......

If I were a younger or more ambitious type, I'd start a company and do it. I know you could fill the seats. Think an luxe RV but for up to 20.

Prices need to be attractive too. I wonder how much this would cost.

Megabus can seat 81 people. At 20, you'd likely have to charge near $100 per person to generate a decent profit.

It exists. I think about $70 a shot which is well worth it in some cases.....

Unfortunately very BAD ends or starts in this case...You get dropped off in Timbaktu at both ends. specially in Orlando. So the price really goes up in a haste trying to move from where you get to and need to continue so not yet a viable source.

Megabus in Miami and In Tampa leave and arrive in the MIDDLE of the TRansit HUB... Fantastic arrangement.

Super ez to continue on your trip

Yes... But Megabus in Orlando also drops you off in the middle of no-man's land.

Correct, Seems like Orlando as a whole, 3 Counties included, has been laid out (Amusement Parks Included) for the benefit of Cabbies and now UBER, Lyft and Car Rental companies.

What a shame !!

(Several times in Orlando I have been picked by family north of there give or take 10 mls, at the very beginning the Buses came and left 1 block from Lake Eola. But the Sermoran at Colonial is better than them trekking all the way to International Dr. Now that's FAR--Red Coach Depot)

Problem with taking buses like Red Coach and trains, is that by the time you drive to the station, park, get on the bus, get going, get dropped off, get another ride to your final location in Orlando, etc... You end up with a substantial addition to the quick 3 hours it would have taken to just drive. And you pay a heck of a lot more than the cost of fuel/tolls for the pleasure of arriving 2 hours later.

I'm intrigued by the Brightline. But I don't see buses being the answer, at all. Even with the quality of a provider like Red Coach.
