Under Florida law when the margin of votes falls below .05% it triggers a automatic recount whether Nelson wants it or not.

Skeletor Scott should be upset spending $70 Million of his own money and only has 30,000 votes to show for it so far.

And there is also a possibility the governor race will have a recount as well as agriculture(I think). It is an automatic thing. They have 10 days from election to receive and count the overseas mail in ballots from our military families etc. They are also looking at ballots to see if thrown out ballots by the machine were thrown out because a person made a mark with a pen and machine thought it was an extra vote or the ones whose address on driver's license and voter registration did not match. No hanky panky just the law being followed.
