"We are proceeding to a recount," Nelson said in a brief statement, his first public remarks since results started coming in Tuesday.

Scott campaign spokesman Chris Hartline said, "The race is over," but he acknowledged a recount will likely go forward based on the narrow margin between the candidates unless Nelson declines to proceed."

Oopsie! Some additional votes just happened to come in. And where do you suppose they came from?

"But after 1 a.m. Wednesday, the campaign put out a statement clarifying that Nelson was still waiting for all the ballots to be counted.

The additional votes appear to have come from Broward County, where there were reports of difficulties sending in results."

Why, Blowhard County, of course. I'm shocked, I tell you, SHOCKED!

This is when a democrat in Miami finds bags of mail-in ballots that were left in the trunk of a car.

Under Florida law when the margin of votes falls below .05% it triggers a automatic recount whether Nelson wants it or not.

Skeletor Scott should be upset spending $70 Million of his own money and only has 30,000 votes to show for it so far.

And there is also a possibility the governor race will have a recount as well as agriculture(I think). It is an automatic thing. They have 10 days from election to receive and count the overseas mail in ballots from our military families etc. They are also looking at ballots to see if thrown out ballots by the machine were thrown out because a person made a mark with a pen and machine thought it was an extra vote or the ones whose address on driver's license and voter registration did not match. No hanky panky just the law being followed.

Skeletor Bill Nelson's a sore loser. He needs to check in to assisted living for crying out loud. They only thing he should be recounting are Bingo chips.

I guess you didn't understand that a recount is automatic.

Let me repeat that, a recount is performed automatically, through no effort from Nelson's camp.

Re-read please.

A bunch of idiots on my Facebook seem to think it will... They don't understand that the same machines that counted them the first time will count them again. Machines. In other words, the result will be the same, as it always is.

Dems to be disappointed yet again...

Trump over Hillary
Neil Gorsuch
Obamacare on life support
Kavanaugh over Schumer
No Blue Wave
Rick Scott over Bill "Skeletor" Nelson
Desantis over Gillum
...and soon Ginsberg will be gone and Trump will name a 3rd Supreme Court Justice.

The snowflakes have melted.

The lead dropped 8K since yesterday but highly unlikely he gets much help from here on out. Most ballots now are overseas and often military which will go for Scott
