Next step is to visit the communities and get a feel for them.
Don't ignore Port Orange as it has a large community and that means clients. I live near it and it is a nice city. Titusville is smaller for sure and not as near the beaches as Port Orange which includes a beach and Lots of restaurants and very easy to access Daytona for even more.

He can also be in east Orlando near UCF in under 45 minutes from Titusville. It's not an ideal location but does make it possible for him to live in East Orlando around UCF and commute into work if he rather live in Orlando.

All good points, and very relevant. Thank you again! I am surprised Tallahassee hasn't come up. It is one of the options also.

Cobie, are you looking for a bigger city or a smaller town vibe?

I don't know Tallahassee that super well, but it struck me as a place that is mostly oriented around the college and students. It's more bike able than some cities in Florida, and it has a lot of cool college hang out spots if you are into those.

That's a good question, kombuchaluchador, and I'm not sure i know the answer right now. I may know better after I visit and explore a bit. Based on what everyone's saying here, I'm leaning towards Jacksonville or Port Orange. Thank you again.
