Default ormond & flagler info please

We are thinking of buying a house in either flagler or ormond beach. This is just going to be used as a vacation home for the family for 5-6 years and then we will retire down there. We have spent extensive time in florida and we absolutely love these areas. It doesnt seem to be as crazy there with people or growth which is exactly what we are looking for.

We are wanting to buy a 2 br, 1-2 bath home (Beachside). I see there are many reasonably priced homes in this area still.

My question though is what can you expect to pay for insurance on a beachside home (between the river and ocean) on that size home and are insurance prices projected to start going down?
