Default Palm Coast Insurance rates???

I'm trying to get a ball park figure of what home owners insurance would cost in Palm Coast. Worst case scenario say on a $350 thousand dollar home on a salt water canal. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!!

Not sure of what the rates would be for that area but just west of I-95 for $255,000 on the Dwelling and $127,500 Personal Property, $300,000 Liability through Omega Ins runs $936. a year. Concret block home built in 1998. It will definitely be higher east of 95.

You can call a couple of agents to get exact prices. Hayward Brown 386-437-7767 and an Allstate agent that sells Homeowners just not through Allstate is 386-439-0500.

Just remember you deduct for the land value and only insure the dwelling. Hope it all works out for you.

Does anyone know the Florida homeowner's insurance laws regarding dogs. For example, in NY your insurance company can cancel your homeowners insurance for owning certain breeds of dogs, whereas, in PA that is against the law.

Thank you for any info you can provide
