anyone have any experience with this builder ? floor plans look nice and the construction we saw looked good to us, but hey, we're from new york, so what do we know ! any info on their reputation/workmanship would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

I don't have experience with them myself, but they are very popular in the Pensacola area. I've never heard any complaints.

I've heard both good and bad about Adams. They are a very basic builder-laminate counters and floors, etc. No frills. You get a lot of home for your money with Adams.

Do a search on this website for "Adams Homes" and you'll come up with a thread where people have commented about them.

You are 100% CORRECT. I cant believe what these people are complaining about. Have they ever built new? We have 2x and guess what? You always run into issues. But to complain about what "they" chose during the selection process is rediculous. WHen you build new, you have choices! I scratch my head reading some of the BS these people complain about.
