From Cocoa beach all the way to Sebastian inlet is great. I liked it there. I like it more there than this coast(Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. Indian Harbour is nice. No shady areas on "beachside" as we call it there. It's pretty quiet over there. The beaches are beautiful.

Been here for 1.5 months so far and love it! The surfing is much better than VA Beach where I moved from. Good food too. Alot of NYers here. Try Bizzaros for Italian/Pizza and the Bagel store on Eau Gallie.

My ex-h's uncle used to live there prior to his divorce. His words of advice were "don't speed." Apparently the area is very small and police presence is very heavy.
I've been through the area a few times and it seems to be quite nice. My ex's aunt has a gourgeous townhouse on the major waterway in the area (is it Indian River? or Indian River Canal?).

You know Im actually thrilled to here of an abundance of police presence....I heard someone say it was a heavy crime area ......but that was from one person and of the rest , everyone said it was kinda a slower but populated area with a low crime rate...Maybe they were trying to scare me into staying in PA? Guess what ...wont work!!!! LOL

What do you need to know? It is paradise so far for us. PM me if you like. Staying on the beachside is the way to go if you can. The seabreeze is great. No bugs that bite yet. Maybe things will get worse in the summer. Don't know.
