It depends on what you have worked out. The answer is good to consult an attorney if you and your boyfriend do not have an agreement.
You must remember though,really to take in the benefit and account of the child. Are your considerations totally selfish? Is the child going to miss cousins, grandparents ? You need to look into the whole situation.
