Brevard County Consumers beware of the hidden fuel charge cost at your local fuel station average is five cent a gallon if you don't use their credit debit card. Most stations I see are "NOT POSTING" that fuel surcharge at the main sign or at the pump. File a formal complaint with the State Agriculture Dept if you get ripped off....
