The ones near Live Oak are at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, an RV park that has lots of pretty good sized concerts. They also have tent camping there. Its a nice place to camp and listen to music. You can party and now worry about having to drive home.

Watch for Bands, Brew, and BBQ at Sea World and Busch Gardens this spring(usually Feb and March weekends. Lots of fun and good food. Jack Hannah will be coming a weekend at each park too and that is always a good show. All is included in regular admission. Might want to look into season pass or fun passes for SW.
Grant Sea Food Festival is in Feb. but it doesn't get the big stars. Good time though and proceeds go to scholarships for kids in that area.
Even gouing to Daytona 500 might get you some good country music. I think Tim McGraw is back this year but that just might be a teaser from my husband.
