Does anyone know of a list of towns in Florida that allow the use of golf carts to get around? I think I heard of The Villages ( ? ) that does that but can anyone name more towns that allow that sort of thing?

My niece and her husband live in Cutler Bay, a suburb just south of Miami. They have a golf cart that they are allowed to drive in town. I don't think I would do that there, there's a lot of fast crazy traffic in that little town.

Sun City AZ and Sun City West AZ

Crazy… I’ve never seen anything like it. Some of them are hilarious. People tend to crash them a lot. They don’t seem very safe and people go fast! We are 55+ here. Most seem to be mid 70’s or so. I’m pretty far from that number, but… tempus fugit! Love it here. Usually.

I don’t know of such a list but in Alachua County I know of two developments that allow carts—Haile Plantation in Gainesville and Town of Tioga in Newberry.
