Oh, one other thing, don't go to Town Center Mall in Boca. It's not safe there.

It is true that alot of people get so frustrated with a certain city that they OVER-exaggerate about some things, yes. I can see where you are coming from on this. It is annoying like you said, and it really can lead to inaccurate information.
I didn't say
"Exciting" night life, I just said
"night life". And who said that you can't have both? You can have an exciting night life in a city and still be relatively safe. Not all exciting night life is necessarily in the same category as the club scene.
Not too much worried about the Town Center mall right now but I'm glad that you gave this extra info though, because I may need it later.
As far as Tequesta having alot of older people, I do feel more comfortable with the older crowd as previously mentioned, but of course you want some younger people to hang out with at times too. The homogenous factor is a small issue. I do like cultural diversity and not just one particular ethnic group, because after a while, you do get tired of being around the same type of people all the time without seeing some difference, but it's not that much of a big deal, because after all, when it comes down to it, a human being is just a human being if you look past the culture.
