Default Planned Developments North of Tampa?

We're about to retire and we wanted to know of any new planned developments north of Tampa.

My wife and I looked at Sugarmill Woods - This development does not have sidewalks and my wife was not too happy about that. The development is broken up into different areas; any advice on which part might be the best in terms of more modern homes. Also, what about the layout - is the east end really that much higher than the west side?

Many thanks.

Just south of Sugarmill you have Seville (No Sidewalks) and a little further south yet you have Glen Lakes (Some sidewalks).
They are both golf course communities but Glen Lakes is a little more upscale and Seville is not very populated yet.

As far as Sugarmill goes I think price wise some of the east side is higher than the west because of newer homes but you will find some higher in the west than the east also.
