Going to be working in the ROCKLEDGE area beginning early July, and not at all familiar with the neighborhoods in the area. Hoping to rent a newer 2,000sf 3/2 home in a safe area....with a 20 min or so commute. Heard Viera would be the best option...and other ideas?
Also - is the traffic on 95 'bad' around the Rockledge area during rush hour, assuming not - but one never knows. Thanks in advance. |

Rockledge is a nice area. Cocoa can be bad in some areas. Viera is really nice upscale. thera are many rentals in both rockledge and viera. Construction on I-95 is really bad right now. It is really needed it will be 3 lanes both north and south. PM me if you have more questions. I live in rockledge and I am on two city counsels. I am sure I could find your answers to any questions you may have.
