Default Odessa, Wesley Chapel, Land o Lakes???

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me the difference among the cities of Odessa, Wesley Chapel and Land o Lakes? Looking at a map they all appear one after the other. Aside from location, what is the distinction? Is one better than the other? Which are family oriented and safe? Are they part of what is known as New Tampa? Any information would be appreciated.

I loved in Land O Lakes for awhile when I first moved to Florida. The good thing is that a commute to north Tampa won't take very long from lots of places in Land O Lakes. It would be considered a bedroom community and is pretty quiet.

Wesley Chapel is very nice and right up against New Tampa. There are plenty of nice communities in that area but anywhere near Bruce B Downs (New Tampa) has awful traffic.

I have no idea where Odessa is or anything about it.

Wesley Chapel and Land O Lakes are in Pasco County which is not part of New Tampa. They are both close to that area though.

I'm not familiar with Odessa. I lived in Land O' Lakes for a short period of time. My opinion? Land O' Lakes was too rural and quiet for me. There's not much there in the way of shopping, etc. Although there is a huge town center that is supposed to open in 2007 in that area. I thought Wesley Chapel seemed a bit more not as nice as LOL. It's got more minorities, more crime, etc. If I were choosing betwen the two with a family I would say to go to LOL.
