Very surprising as I specifically remember the weather guy on the local news here saying that it was unusually humid today back in the March when we hit 91 degrees in March. Maybe you were out of town that week.

When my thermometer hit that high in March I was registering desert-like humidity around 30% or so. I don't think it went above 60% all winter even when it was in the 80s and 90s. It could be because I'm further inland. Right now I have 56% and weather.com claims 50%.

Humidity is only 46% for Lakeland right now. I have to agree, we had beautiful non-humid weather all winter and all through May. Those of you in way south Florida must really have a whole different climate than we do here in central Fla.

My gauge is registering 65% and weather.com is saying 58%. 88F with a feels like temp of 95F. Its hot out there and not pleasant to be outside to long, unless you are in the pool.

My humidity just dropped down to 45%. Weather channel is claiming 43%, 92 degrees and "feels like" 95. My thermometer reads 95. Not pleasant by any means but there is a moderate breeze.

I did a check on the temps so far for this year as of January 1 - July 9 (yesterday) 161 days total.
60s - 2 days
70s - 25 days
80s - 90 days
90s - 44 days

To me anything above 80F is warm, maybe even 75F.

That's still not telling the whole story. When the temperatures are in the low to mid 80s and the humidity level is low it's quite pleasant and it's been relatively dry this year. Even in the peak of the summer I just did a weather.com serach and most of the cities (around Ft. Lauderdale not sure about Miami) aren't above 55% humidity.

Its still hot at 80F even if it was 0% humidity its still not pleasant to be outside for long periods of time. I even noticed how the children in the neighborhood were not outside in the street playing as much as in years past, this past "winter".

Nope, that's because of the crime . The rest of it is all opinion though. I personally think 85 degrees and low to moderate humidity with a breeze is pleasantly warm. Anything above I can do without.

If the humidity is really low even 90 isn`t bad I think low 80`s with high humidity is more unpleasant then 90`s and low humidity.
