SLANTO is on a distinguished road
Cool Property tax and H.O. Insurance

I am planning to build a 2400 sq. ft. home in Port Charlotte, North Port or Punta Gorda, Florida. It will be 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage ..
(on a standard lot 85 feet x 125 feet ). Can anyone advise me on the approximate cost of Property Tax and Homeowners Insurance for such a home in any of the above mentioned towns ??. Your response will be of great help to me. Thank you so much ..................SLANTO
