Has anyone lived in or visited Brooksville, fl and could give me some information on the town. Is there any hills, and is acreage somewhat affordable?

I sell new homes in Brooksville (in a golf course community), shoot me a pm with exactly what you want to know and I'll help you all I can. Yes there are hills...it looks more like Georgia than Florida around Brooksville. What do you consider affordable for acreage? It's a great little town right on the front edges really starting to grow.

I'm looking for land from 15-100 acres under $500,000 if possible. In Brooksville is it possible to find a nice parcel close to town (under 5 miles)?
