I wish I had my Nikon when I took this one..Sadly it was just an Easy Share, but still a rare moment of beauty. The two alligators looking for the last few rays before dusk..truly an inspiring moment. This is why I love Florida so much. Photo: By me, Tasha Nicole <3

Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder
Taken with my Nikon (you can really see the difference huh!) Prego female Gator in all her glory, I had to actually climb into the bushes to take this one, however well worth it. I had never seen a pregnant gator before, she chose a great spot to nest. Beauty in the eye of the beholder never meant so much ;o) Photo by Tasha Nichole

How do you get your name on the pictures like that? What kind of camera do you use? Great work, you really should do this for a living!! There is a neighborhood in Orlando that wild Peacocks roam free, they are beautiful, but quite mean and territorial!!

Sneaky little dude!!
Sneaky little dude! He wanted to make me lunch! He literally popped up two feet away from my feet and started stalking me!! (I was not intimidated, he was only about 3 feet long, I think I could take him) Photo by Tasha Nichole

Florida State Flower??
Does anyone know if this is the state flower? I think could have found a better specimen, I didnt notice this one was missing a petal, but I think this is the one on the liscense plates? It sure is pretty, I made my husband pull over in the middle of no-where so that I could snap some photos! Photo by me, Tasha Nicole.
