Question about property taxes
If you own two homes, one being your primary residence and the other is unoccupied, do you still pay property taxes on both homes? Each home is in different counties.

Yes, you will still have to pay property taxes on both. On the primary residence you can claim homestead which will save you a bit of money.

I have an Aunt and Uncle that are disabled is there some program I can get them into that their property taxes will be paid. They are really having a hard time with all the medical bills.

I don't know of any program to pay property taxes but there is a provision to defer payments based on income. I suggest speaking with the tax collectors office in the county that your Aunt and Uncle reside.

Don't some counties have additional exemptions for disabled people?
