We're in Central FL. They are black, there are tons of them and they hop. They're not fleas. They're coming under the front door, they're in all of the bath tubs and are now moving up the walls. I need to figure out how to treat them. I have been wiping them up every day and by the next day there are more.

TIA!

Are they tiny spiders? Mutant sugar ants? Go to Lowes and buy some heavy duty spray, or seal off the room and set off a bug-bomb.

I googled and this came up:

Entomology (Study of Bugs): tiny black jumping bugs, staph infections, black bugs

Oh, I hope they're not spiders! We have so many of them now. I don't think I'd handle an outbreak like that very well.

I'll try to get a pic shortly.

Thanks for the link!

There are those tiny black spiders that jump, but I've never seen them in a group?

Default tiny jumping bugs

I have these also They look like this - or ' or this , some times I find them like -',- in a bunch. When I spray them they jump. They hang out around the bathtub That area is completely tiled. I also see them in my dinningroom. I have just moved into this house that I had built. The dinning room is used for storage boxes right now. They are light brown or black. I spray them and clean the area and they are back the next day. I have three children so I am concerened they may be harmful to my kids ....What are they?
