I am moving to the Gainesville area in August. I am looking at a complex in the city of Alachua. I was wondering does anyone know if Gainesville RTS has park and ride lots into the campus. I would like to drive down part way, park and take the bus to avoid the traffic and parking on campus. I saw Alachua has a bus but it only runs twice a day to the campus.
Thank you for any assistance with this issue.

I'm not sure there are designated lots. You can park at Sante Fe Community college or the Oaks mall for example. I'd find your route that is closest and go check out where the stop is to see if there might be parking.

Just for the record, Alachua doesn't offer public transportation into Gainesville anymore.

RTS has stops at so many large lots related to shopping areas that I don't think they've seen a need for park and ride lots. You can go to the Gainesville RTS web site and send them that question.
