I am so glad I never had and never will waste my money on insurance. I have been saving the money I would have had to pay by buying precious metals and holding them. When you build without wood you can rest easy and insurance is optional.

Good. Maybe high insurance will finally chase away real estate investors. Now all we have to do is wait for a hurricane to finally fix the real estate problem in Florida.
