Broward County and Orlando have lots of Asians from what I've heard and seen. There's also a sizeable Chinese population in North Miami and Doral (Miami).

I am half Korean. I live in Tampa and there are mostly Phillipinos here-loads of them. There are also a lot of Thai. Once you go further south, in Miami-there are actually a lot of Koreans.

WOW Dude-this was a general question-you don't have to go around bashing what SOME asians may be doing-because like myself and many others that I know-we DO NOT do this. Ok, so maybe you neighborhood is dealing with bad people-but don't forget-just as there are people who represent the asians poorly-it is the same with all races-even white people. You're post has offended me as it may have others. What about the other races who leave broken down cars in the yard?? or a filthy house inside and out with an overgrown yard.
Another thing, we don't have the bird flu going around here.

Old timers of this area cannot sell their homes & businesses fast enough to get away from these people.
Another practice in their culture is to hang meat out to cure on the clothesline ... Flocks of birds will sit and pick at this food all day. You have to figure, being wild creatures, they also have bodily functions on this food they perch on which the Asians will take inside and feed to their families. It wouldn't surprise me if this has something to do with humans & bird flu.
Asian pressence has dragged down a once beautiful middle class community.
Other groups such as Mexicans have blended in very well and become wonderful neighbors.
My two cents from experience ...

Everywhere you go now there are all signs in Korean. I don't know why, but they have replaced Hispanics as the top minority. Jobs? Word of mouth? "The" place to be?

Florida has concentrated clusters of Asians in the Colonialtown, Dr. Phillips, Southchase/Dr. Phillips and a few other sections of Orlando. I believe there is also an above average Asian presence in the Westchase area of Tampa, and there is also an above average percentage in Parkland, Coral Springs, Davie, Cooper City, Doral, North Miami Beach, Weston, and especially Pembroke Pines and Miramar. Don't quote me on this, but I believe Orlando has the highest amount of Asians in total numbers and Miramar has the highest amount of Asians in percentage in Florida. Oddly enough, you can barley notice the above-average Asian presence if you drive through and look at the businesses Miramar, while Orlando is maybe 3% Asian yet has a full blown Vietnamese neighborhood, which gives you an idea about the integration of Asians in Florida.

lol-I noticed that there is actually a couple of Korean churches here in Brandon/Seffner. It's crazy-of all places. I don't think I have met more than 5 Koreans here, lol.

NMB (North Miami Beach) is where I am from and you are right, there are tons of asians there. I know there were a lot of Korean markets there as well as Korean resturants (which I wish they had in Tampa-there is only 1 Korean resturant and it's a hole in the wall-good food, but it's in a little portable trailer...go figure!).

Actually, Hispanics are stereotyped to drive these cars. If you aren't joking, you are even ignorant of your stereotypes.
