Especially in Central Florida it seems like they only invest in the toll roads and the rest of the roads are left for last.

North Dakota and South Carolina roads rated highest in the overall rankings from the libertarian think tank.

I live in C FL and I've got some really nice roads to drive on. Not sure about what criteria is used but my area of the state is not all about toll roads. We have only one and it saves money it you pay the toll as it saves gas and brakes and time. The 5¢ gas tax didn't set well but the roads certainly are nice.

I know. I've often thought that we may be passing on our roads... I'm in your fair city often. I travel from the north in the Green Swamp to the east to the west and to the south. Great roads everywhere. Now the N 98 repairs are finished it is so nice on the north side. Once the E to W roads are finished on the S side that will be nice too.

Roads are fine here too. Lots of repaving in the past 5 years. They have been adding pole hung traffic lights with lighted signs and infrared sensors as well.

Roads in our area are always under construction due to the increase on the number drivers. The northwest area of the state is always getting tourist year around and many families from Central/South Florida and from other states are relocating here. Yes we can use additional roads to defer the traffic from HWY 98...
