We are still $4.25 up here in NY....
Must be that "Cloud tax".....(opposite of that Sunshine tax Floridians talk about.....)

The good thing is that your cloud tax does not apply to wages,lol.

Oil has closed below $114 a barrel today. Lots of articles out this afternoon about the oil bubble bursting. Let's hope their right.

Yes, we in NY already pay more then almost if not every other state in taxes already, justifying our "high wages"......most of which go to heat, snow removal, repairing or replacing rusty cars, etc,etc.

But, forgive me for getting off topic...(a sin especially for MODS ).

Let's just say that I enjoy the lower gas prices in Florida when I'm blessed enough to be there.

My daughter said it was $3.99 in Queens today. One station in Smithtown (LI), where we used to live, had a ONE DAY special of $1.99!!!!!!! Lines must have stretched for miles with that one.

There was a town here in Florida (I forget where) that made an error and was selling gas for 50 cents, now talk about anarchy.
