I too am afraid. We are from Brooklyn with easy access to the City. We will miss the, the Broadway shows, and the Christmas shopping at the last minute in the cold which is so hectic yet it is the only time you can bump into someone while in a rush and it is ok because every one in NY is friendly. I realize that hey if we can deal with NY hopefully we can deal with Florida. I find that my biggest fear is not finding a job. As you guys know in NY there is always the possibility of finding a job in the City. Once you have a job I think it will be OK.

You can always get on a plane to NY for a trip when you need a change of pace from FL. It's a short flight time.
I do it often (AZ an NV) and it makes for a nice little get away for a few days :-) and I'm always happy to come back home.

I'm looking to move to Citrus Springs also
Hi Maria, We're driving down there next month. There's a builder down there that has spacious homes. I've searched around and this seems like the best deal. I'm not sure about the jobs yet - still searching that.
Let me know if you're still looking. We'll talk. ttys.

Don't be scared. This state is NY south. I see more people from the NY area here each day. Just think of it as Manhattan with palm trees. as far as jobs the pay will be a shock.

Moving to Citrus Springs from NY
I found this great company in Florida who has homesites for those interested in moving to Florida, Citrus Springs. Their lots are 100% buildable for a home.
They will Guarantee the Lot to be Build Able and will give you below market values. Its soo good, you should buy more than one for investment purposes.
Check them out www.AmericaOnLand.com or call them 1.888.853.LAND (5263) and tell them Mickey sent you.

Checked out that Company that Mickey referred
I have just spoke with Danny at the company in Florida
www.AmericaOnLand.com
and they are sending me land for sale in Florida.
I have checked the market and it seems that many lots are available, but there are some that you are not able to build on. I am looking for a land to build a custom home in a quiet neighborhood. They Guarantee their lots to Build Able. The guy there is Very Nice. They even have a local represenative that will take me around to show me the lots and the area. WOW!!
Looks like a reputable company. I am happy that Mickey has told me to go.
Check it out, if you have a reservations about Citrus Springs, Florida
