I shop almost exclusively at Sweetbay. Not only do I think their organic line and fruits and veggies are better than the other stores in my area, but the stores are cleaner, less crowded and the manager will order anything on the planet I ask for. Can't beat that. I used to love Publix but they have gone down in quality IMO and as for Winn Dixie? Once I caught them covering up expiration dates on packaged lunch meats in Sun City Center, I never went back. In fact I reported them to several governement agencies and they got in a lot of trouble. I think they were taking advantage of the fact that since SCC is an elderly location they figured either folks that age never paid attention to expiration dates or had bad vision and couldn't see them anyway. Loved seeing my elderly Grandmother bring home some Oscar Meyer bologna that was green and had a sticker covering up the fact that it had expired several months earlier. Yuck.
