So you like Altamonte Springs then? I am looking for a town that has all the amenities I would like, but not feel like an urban nightmare. Thanks for your help.

Altamonte Springs is growing tremedously there with their new "Uptown" area. Very new shopping, traffic is herendous though on SR 436 and expect to pay good money for a home there. There is the Alt. Mall, too that is pretty nice. I personally like Alt. Springs very much but my budget is moving me to NC.

The area certainly has all the amenities, but it is building up too fast.
