My question is, what problems can I anticipate with the mobile home? How hard are they to move and the costs? What can I expect to pay for a single wide in decent condition? Any information that can be of help will be appreciated. This will be in Liberty county by the way.

Liberty County ??
They probably won't know you are even there for the first 5 years. LOL
It can be very expensive to move a mobile home unless you can find
an "independent" contractor to haul itfor you.
I would go the rv route. You won't have to mess with all the
red tape...........if there is any in Liberty County.
The problem will be getting the power turned on.
Once you get that done , you've got it made.
The last time I moved one , I got an independent to do it on the
weekend and it only cost a couple hundred bucks for a 200 mile trip.
I had to set it up........but that is no big deal.
I don;tknow what all the regulations are currently, a lot more than
they used to be.
Just go talk to the zoning people and tell them you are going to have
some horses or livestock and that you need the power on so you can
get water for them. That might be all you have to do.
They might not even ask you if you are going to live on the property.
Chances are , they are probably related to the last guy that lived there.
