I think I may have a very good job there. Have a 10 year old and am divorced. Thank you so much for your help. (PS, I am in NJ now).

You mean Naples, FL? You might have luck posting in the Florida forums. I do hear it's a nice place, albeit expensive, so if you can afford it, I'd just keep looking into it.
