No surprise here, Florida schools continue to fail and the Florida governments solution is to cut more teachers. An incompetent Florida government and a transient population will cause Florida schools to continue to decline.

I agree, the majority of Florida government continues to rely on short term tourism dollars rather than investing in our children for long term stable gains. This state has so much potential, but no one seems to see the correlation between a solid successful education system and a much more stable and positive economy. It is for sure one of the keys in this equation.

One of those "Quality of Life", issues that Florida doesn't seem to care too much about.
