Hi Everyone,
Anybody know about the new high school in Pasco County called Sunlake? It is supposed to be completed by August 2007. Does that mean that it will be up and running this September or will they hold off until the next school year since the opening date at this point is still a projection and it may not be completely finished when the school year begins. Now I know that school year starts in August in Florida, but I was told that this was going to change in 2007 and that the year would be September to June like it is in the north. Anyone have any info or more correct; updated info for me? Thanks.

The school is called Sunlake High School. It is in west Land O' Lakes. The school is going to be built in time unlike Wiregrass Ranch (im a student at Wiregrass Ranch) Their mascot is the Seahawks and colors are teal grean and black...I think.
But it doesnt matter cuz the WRHS bulls will dominate!!!

Have you heard anything about hispanic gangs in sunlake? I have a daughter i was thinking about going there for junior and senior year.
